Love your list would probably remove Osayi for another CB Ajayi, Igoh, or Osho

Midfield is perfect for now until better talents emerge.

The two additions in attack for me would be between Tolu, Awoniyi, Iheanacho(if he regains form), Moffi(hopefully regains full form after his terrible injury), and maybe Boniface.

Sadiqali24:
I wish I can have this players at a time in one super eagles call-up

Defenders
Troost Ekong
Calvin
Benjamin Fredrick
Felix Agu
Aina
Bruno
Osayi

Midfilders
Chrisantus uche
Fisayo bashiru
Onyedika
Iwobi
Onyeka
Ndidi

Attackers
Lookman
Simon
Desserts
Osimhen
Chekweze

That's 18 players. I still have two spaces of an attacker and a midfilders.

Victor Osimhen is rumored to be close to joining Al Hilal of Saudi Arabia.

He has said no to their offer before in 2023, let's see if he says no again to nearly or over 45Million euros per year (insane wages if true).

I read about him travelling to Paris soon for a medical to join them. I dont know how true. Time will tell.

this is what i told someone in the super eagles….we have been waisting Chukwueze in the wing position….i think thats why his performance has been inconsistent (off and on)….if chukwueze is made to master this free midfield role, omo ina no no d menace of a player una don build ooo….
-Iwobi is a master passer of the ball
-Chukwueze adds dribbling and huge creative run to his own…
forget ooo with what we saw yesterday, chukwueze is a crazy midfield dribbler/passer we have been underrating and limiting to wing play only
.

Dude stop 🛑 stop gassing it , it's Jamaica we were playing not Spain that's nothing to get all hyped about.

Chukwueze has scored 4 league goals in two seasons in Seria A for AC Milan that's not Great.

There is a guy by the name David Akintola playing for Rizespor in Turkey. Apart from Osimhen in Turkey, he has been an impressive Nigerian player i have seen in recent time. Age apart, dude is good quality. A guy like that will add more quality to the national team on the wings. He his quick, strong, and shoot well too.
If he so impressive why is he playing in Turkey 🦃

Wrong move as far as I am concerned. Osimhen should have signed a short deal on reduced wages in a big club. Yes it is unfair that Europeans that are not as good as him can command big wages but to get himself on a platform to prove his greatness, taking a huge pay cut would have been the best option.

After proving himself on a big stage, he can push for a better deal or even move to cash out in a place like Saudi Arabia. At this time, a big platform is what Osimhen needs, not money.

Please don't get me wrong. Iwobi is not bad, my point is this, yesterday Chukwueze was weapon fashion against the Jamaican. And infact most of all his goals for eagles are straight from the middle, 1vs1, cutting and were deadly.
Do you know Jamaica is rated 63 , it's not a benchmark for quality.

Chukwueze has played near 50 games for the SE scored 7 goals. And the first time he has been able to shine small it's against B team Jamaica 🙄🙄 and you are hyping the matter.

Chukwueze has had his time we need something much better.

I don't ever want to see Iwobi playing any midfield role in SE. It has become obvious the man is at the foundation of all the failures we have recorded since he started playing for us. Iwobi is not a midfielder! Let Chukwueze play there
This is a Nonsensical proposition without any substance.

Exactly what is wrong with you Nigerians ? Why would you always salivate over players groomed by other countries? What is wrong with your local talents and why cant you develop your football academies. You think England will allow you snap their top talent on the pretense of ancestry. Stop playing biko
Not all Nigerian origin players can play for England 🙄

When we had Eze in our clutches we decided we wanted the Nwakali brothers instead.

There is no Academy in my opinion in the EPL without several Nigerian origin players too many to mention.

Our government wants present it's achievements and it decides to leave Abuja and Lagos and go and a presentation in London.

But you find it hard to consider players in England.

Like I have said before, I will be strongly disappointed if Osimhen doesnt land in a Top club in the Big 5 leagues.

A move to Saudi Arabia in your prime years as a world class striker is the worst footballing decision at this point. But what do I know right? I am not in his shoes. 45million euros or close to it per year is crazy to turn down too.

In time, we shall know.

bro we will have to start from somwhere, all this talk of “ its Jamaica we were playing not spain” doesn’t not hold any water….the game against jamaica if replicated against any world class team would still be same outcome….for God super eagles last 15games has been against teams that are either slightly better than Jamaica or at par with Jamaica or even below Jamaica…chukwueze shinning against Jamaica should not be watered down to just “mere Jamaica”.
if chukwueze is made to adopt this free AM 10 role, he will still put up decent shift against teams wether above, below or at par with Jamaica….some players struggle because they are yet to find their mojo in the areas they are best clicked….
watch him against Ghana and Jamaica he made some freestyling, creative moves that we have not been seeing in super eagles midfield in a long while

It’s not as easy as you think
These guys risk their bones, health etc
What if he’s secretly battling injuries
Osimhen’s play style shows he risks his health to force goals, he plays with GRIT
Can you remember the frightening head injury he had years ago
What if he never got to play football again ?
Even though I don’t like the idea of Saudi yet, it would make him an underachiever based on his potential but at the end of the day it’s his life & body
Football can be very dangerous you know
Thank God Awoniyi was resuscitated from that coma

He fits into their pressing style but not sure if the Reds necessarily need him with Gakpo finding his form.
