Now, the US is a secular state. But secularism does not mean that the state can regulate religious activities.

If anything, a secular state guarantees freedom of religious activities without interference from the state.


So why are Muslims using an illiterate's definition of secularism to defend el Rufai's anti Christ bill?


If we also consider the fact that there are several core northern states that have since incorporated sharia legislation into the day to day regulation and laws of their respective states, why then will these Taqiyya lying Muslims claim that Nijeriya is a secular state?

We can also consider the fact that the north is full of federal recognized first tier Islamic religious leaders as part of the traditional establishment in that sharia enclave . So are Amirs and the sultan not religious authorities of Islam?
