Have you observed that the usual opening and closing of the barriers at the Chevron Toll plaza has stopped. Does this mean that the toll plaza was unnecessary in the first place and who is going to pay for the cost of the toll plaza. if this was a thoughtless project then the Lagos state govt owe lagosians an apology for the untold hardship caused by traffic build up before passing through. |
