Uwamanzu-Nna, a New York City teenager of Elmont High School, and of Nigerian descent has been accepted at all eight ivy leagues. Only three days before, Chioma Onuoha, another high school senior, was offered admission into three ivy league schools including Harvard. It is interesting to note that the same Elmont High School produced Harold Ekeh, another Nigerian senior, who last year was also accepted at all ivy leagues.Uwamanzu-Nna would now have to make the difficult choice from all 8 ivy leagues, and 4 other universities totaling 12.

Don't Mind that poster above talking about tribalism. Whether the teen is Igbo, Yoruba or Hausa, it doesn't quite change the fact that ivy leagues are very competitive and that getting admission into them is certainly something to be proud of.
