You said support. But support isn't elaborated on.
If you're thinking of web development, then designs would be covered by you while the back-end programming will be covered by the cofounder. Is that correct?
Or are you just thinking in terms of software development?
I'm asking cos you didn't imply the scope of the partnership project.

Advertise your software on Facebook , nairaland ,youtube ,Google adsense . Pay as according to your budget .

You can do it yourself op or use your close and reliable friends as investors . Working with a complete stranger is futile .
