let me clarify this issue as it has caused a lot of ruckus here within the person who sent the tweet and the media officer of 3sc jubril arowolo.

the handler who opened the page stopped working with 3sc since 2013 and should not have used the page to share his personal views according to the media offier of 3sc.

the solution will be to hand over the account back to the appropriate authorities or stop tweeting from the account all together as we have gathered there is a new account for 3sc on Twitter.
