Please I would like a good advice on the best internet server option i can use for my laptop im concerned about speed and i dont want one with conditions like a maximum size u use per day or month, preferably 3G. i stay in ikorodu.

Yes Starcomm is the best in connectivity now, They have been around for quite a while and are stable. other connections are very slow.
