recently i realize that most people do tell their employer anything, you know how much you want to pay for the job, even some people find it difficult and scarring to say the amount their salary should be. VERY WRONG? Let me tell you, your career is your life, your job is your life. and know this today? if an employer offer to pay you #100,000/month know that your are/we be making them over #1,000,000 monthly and that #100,000 is just a pi-nut/fraction of the money you are making for them. what employer want from you is to use you build the business,career,lifestyle and opportunity. so my advice to you today is do not be scared to tell them the amount you want them to pay you, do not under rate/under price yourself, convince them of what you worth. instead of you to tell them/ understate your salary, over state it. charge them and let them ask you why/ that is too much for us. if you can convince them, you will hear something like can you please bring it down?
with this i think you will be known to your employer that you know what you are doing.
