If you were a bit informed you would know why the statement was made.
let me give you a summarized brief your capacity can comprehend, The Total landing cost, production and distribution cost during GEJ 's time per litre was far below the offer for a litre of fuel at the Filling stations the Govt at that time , Yet the government claimed it was subsidized and billions were cornered to government cronies in the name of subsidies., this action was termed a fraud by the opposition at that time.

Total Rubbish!!! At a time when crude prices were $100 and above, you say landing costs where below the pump price of N97?? You must be from Mars!
