leave SE people and face ur real problem. Those in-charge of key positions @ senate n house are they from SE? The appropriation commitee chairman of both chambers are they nt northerners? The budget was deliberately distorted by selfish n self-centered politicians for their own personal gains.its as simple as that. Where will another #60billion come from for a supplemental appropriations for the railways?
Why would NASS Just share #60 billion they said was unattached to any project among themselves as grassroots constituency projections development?
They need to reallocate the money for what is for__rail.
#60billion don't just fall from a tree to allocate another one in a supplementary budget. Railways will have more grassroots impact than the senators can ever have individually with their shares from the fund.
