I wnt bore u wit long story,pls advise

There's this tenant who caught a co tenant sleeping with his wife so he beat up the wife (she's left now!tho she denied sleeping with the neighbour),in the course of their fight he destroyed 2 doors in their apartment,

Now the issue is that the landlord is owing him 43k which he wanted to return sometime ago but the tenant said there was no need that it shld b deducted frm his nxt rent,But now he's trying to forcefully collect his money with the threat that he wnt pack out?

Pls how do we handle such tenant? (He has bribed the police people to favour him and his rent has been due since last month)

He has also promised to kill the tenant that he accused of sleeping with his wife

If the landlord is owing him den the landlord should pay him his money..

He's (landlord)ready to pay but the tenant's rent is due and he's saying he wnt leave that he has a right to spend 6 months free despite him threatening to kill a neighbour and destroying tins in d house,he's also owing 9months nepa bill

Go to Court.
