Two spurs, Abs to PH and Warri to Benin can be built to complete the circle.

Ever heard of connecting route/train? This rail project will pass through Port Harcourt/Rivers State. Already, there are rail lines/tracks from PH to Aba and Enugu, so connect the dot.. It simply means, once a person or goods leave Lagos, you change at Port harcourt station to head East via Aba/Enugu train or continue to Akwa Ibom/Cross River States with the same train. It will ease transportation of people and goods throughout the entire southern region.

It's as little as switching rails tracks or changing trains at Port Harcourt station. Think of London King's Cross/St. Pancras (in the south), Manchester Piccadilly (North West) or Newcastle Central (North East); These stations can get you connecting trains to most places in England/The UK especially King's Cross St. Pancras.
