Wait! Is Fayose the man responsible for piloting the affairs of this country? No matter what he think he knows he cant know enough or moreover know it better than the man in charge...mtcheeew, i even wonder y nigerians take the word of an ordinary governor seriously when his biggest achievement is the bag of rice his supporters get annually. This man wants the president to fail, and when the president fail the country sinks with him...we shouldnt stand with that 3 Likes |

I think some people are just unintelligent or plain dumb when it comes to serious issues like this. The airports u use, roads u ply, rice u eat...why do u think it comes from?? china is not dashing us anything but merely securing its investment. For those that say buhari shldnt have signed the agreement with china, pls provide the alternative to fund our budget and infrastructure? You dont want buhari to borrow, you dont also want govt to increase taxes but u want to continue to enjoy services and cry for good roads, trains and airport. Silly twats! 1 Like |

Section 37 (1,2) of the Nigeria Criminal code defines treason, and sets the punishment as follows: 37. (1) Any person who levies war against the State, in order to intimidate or overawe the President or the Governor of a State, is guilty of treason, and is liable to the punishment of death. (2) Any person conspiring with any person, either within or without Nigeria, to levy war against the State with intent to cause such levying of war as would be treason if committed by a citizen of Nigeria, is guilty of treason and is liable to the punishment of death. The contents of the letter do not amount to levying way against the State or intimidation of the President. And there is no evidence to suggest that Fayose's letter was a conspiracy between himself and another person to levy war against Nigeria Therefore, in my opinion, Fayose hasn't committed treason by writing a letter to a foreign government to not give a loan to the Nigerian government. 1 Like |

ArchiPelago1:Buhari was and still remains dull. He can't plan nor execute a couple. That coup was a brain child of IBB. GMB was only called in at the last minute to head the government. Even during his regime, he took the back seat for Idiagbon who was more intelligent a few smart. It didn't take IBB anything to execute the most brilliant and successful coup to oust the d. ullard.. with dasuki arresting him without firing a shot. 1 Like |

I think you should be asking what has the government done with the recovered looted funds. I dont buy the idea of borrowing when we should be lending to other nations. Remember Nigeria was once at the same level with China. What has China done to remain a superpower that Nigeria cannot do. Borrowing here and there will not help us as a nation. We should be thinking of generating income through other means other than relying on petroleum and begging other countries for fund.It is an act of slavery. 1 Like |

Go n charge him now. Buhari went to China to borrow money n sign a bilateral agreement btw d two countries - Nigeria n China. One of d reasons for d bilateral move btw d duo is to strengthen d naira as they claim n to make room for free flow of Yuan in nigerian banks. In all of ds, they are still borrowing d said money in dollars. Why not in Yuan since we re borrowing frm China. We claim we want to strengthen d naira n at evvery opportunity we open mouth, what we hear is dollars even d money stolen in nigeria by nigerians n kept in nigeria is announced in dollars. What sort of hopeless marriage called nigeria is ds? Can't we just split up already? 2 Likes |

IMMUNITY OR NO IMMUNITY I BELIEVE WHEN THE MAN CROSS THE RED LINE HE WILL BE TAKEN TO CUSTODY.IF IT CAN BE PROOF AGAINST HIM THAT HE IS PLOTTING OR INCITING FELONY AGAINST THE NATION HE MAY BE ARRESTED AND THEN HE WILL REALIZE THAT FREEDOM OF SPEECH HAS LIMITS. 1 Like |

Dannie2015: Marriages always come with problems. Some split the couple, some remain with the marriage and some are solved by the couple. Since we have tried the break up option and it didn't work, we should either live with it or solve it. |

For all those who care to reason ... why would a government that is recovering $200 Billion from UAE, $500Billion from US and EU and have over N3 Trillion in TSA be going about begging China for a paltry $2 B loan It does not make COMMON SENSE!!! 4 Likes |

Goke7: You over zealous Buhari supporters pretend to forget a lot. A good letter to China asking them not to give money to a very corrupt and unaccountable government of Buhari is nothing compared to what Buhari, Tinubu, and Amaechi did to GEJ ' S effort to clean up Nigeria image overseas. Fayose should please pass the letter around so that patriotic Nigerian s can come Co sign with him. 3 Likes |

ArchiPelago1:"To announce that there must be no criticism of the president, or that we are to stand by the president, right or wrong,is not only unpatriotic and servile, but is morally treasonable to the American people" (Theodore Roosevelt...President of the United States... think 1901 to 1907) More than 100 years later, it holds true to any nation that calls itself a democracy or is aspiring to be one. 1 Like |

dukie25: If you are sincerely not on the payroll of Fayose, does Buhari look like somebody that can give out Nigeria's 2billion dollars to reward any loyal party man? Please answer this question with all sincerity and fear of God. Buhari is not a waster, he's not Jonathan and that explained why right thinking people like me voted for him. |
