The case gets impossible in the second step, the box doesn't belong to anyone but the money belong to the two, so no one has the right to sell the box. The $10 profit can only come ONLY if the box costs $20 |

What's wrong is the money invested. It is unequal. The buyer invested $20 and got $30 while the other invested $50 but got $40. So, the seller made the profit of $10, not the buyer. He made a loss of $10 instead |
