Something stronger than him must've controlled him towards the traffic, and he decided to lower the control by diverting some of the highness in controlling the traffic.

That's a wonderful thing to do, selfless service coz at least the road users enjoyed free or little traffic during the time he controlled the traffic.

Then what happens AFTER he leaves?
Chaos returns?
Should we not be putting pressure on the governor to EMPLOY enough traffic wardens and create JOBS for the youth and more conducive environment for business, which leads to more IGR.
