One of the business interests of “Labels” is the sourcing and sale of authentic, American designer apparels for men, women and kids in the Nigerian market. The Need

As a result of continual expansion from its online retail store "www.labelsinlag.com" to the establishment of a brick and mortar retail store in Ilorin, Kwara State, we seek the employment of a versatile, creative and professional individual to serve as Commercial Executive.

Job Description – Commercial Executive

Below are some of the specific requirements of the prospective employee to serve in this capacity:
 Ensure impeccable customer service experience for clients.
 Conduct extensive research on clients’ preferences in Ilorin, Kwara State and major competition activities.
 Maintain an exceptionally clean business environment.
 Support and participate in field operations such as brochure circulation, sales pitch and merchandise sorting and general logistics.
 Ensure prompt shipment of merchandise to clients in the case of online orders/purchases
 Prepare a weekly income report and activities suggested to boost income generation and customer.
 Conduct audit exercises periodically in cooperation with an external auditor.
 Perform any other duties as may be required by supervisor and/or manager for the business.

Requirements
 Ordinary National Diploma (OND) holders OR an on-going part-time degree programme.
 Exceptional interpersonal skills and impeccable customer service disposition.
 Strong flair for sales and business marketing.
 2 professional guarantors, whose details will be required at the point of interview, are compulsory.
