She isn't ugly. Me thinks she just spends more time in covering up the blemishes and all on her face, instead of actually treating them.

One thing ladies must know is that when you have pimples and all doing a number on your face, try as much as possible to have them treated. Don't just rely on foundation to cover it up all the time. That way, you can bare your face without losing your self esteem.

Then again, for those of you/us who use foundation, just know that those things have a way of stripping your face off it's colour and glow. That's the reason why you find some ladies looking almost sick when they go without foundation and maybe make-up entirely. One way to counteract this negative effect is taking lots of fruits, especially the reddish ones like mangoes, carrots, etc. They have a way of giving your face a glow. Another one is reducing the usage of foundation and all-what-not. For heaven's sake, you don't have to use these all the time. You are headed for the market, foundation! Seeing a friend off, foundation! Hanging clothes at the backyard, foundation! "These things ought not to be so". What are you hiding? Even if you have stubborn blemishes, pimples, etc which refused to go away, you still don't have to be on a mask all the time. Allow that face.....breathe!

That's my take. I must also add that most of what is written above is simply my opinion, so....

As for the man in question, it is obvious his vain self was attracted to her because of her beauty and bling bling. Can't get the slightest whiff of love in the story.
