This new charge is defective and will fail.saraki was not a staff of kwara state civil service at tge time the payments were made.He did not pay himself, neither did he prepare the mandate that was used for payment.The accountant general and auditor general of kwara state who should make such payment and querry any discrepancy in the mandate are there and you are charging saraki for receiving money which he did not pay himself?this is dead on arrival
