Because APC states are seriously indebted, they are making concessions.meanwhile the state governors are still embaking on white elephant projects that are of no benefit to the people

This is APC trick to favour APC states in return for their massive state looting in putting the state at the centre.

Believe you me, APC knows they will be given a run for their chaos and scam by 2019 and they are suspending the dept payment so that APC controlled states can have enough money to loot and support them come 2019.

Even if they loose the present government both federal and state would have gotten an opportunity to let loot their treasury at their disposal.

What a sham trick from APC government.

To back up my claims observe closely and watch if truly these said salaries gonna be paid as at when due after this paper talk. Is only a scam.
Even the so called oil-rich Bayelsa state is owing workers, then what are u now saying.leave politics abeg and face the reality.

When will they resume payment?

What about the banks who gave out these loans? Do they have any thoughts for them?

What about the investors who invested in these states' bonds? How will the states cope with judgement penalty for the defaults in the event that the investors' successful lawsuits?

What message is Buhari sending out? How can you unilaterally make Nigerian states to default on their obligations?

Does that mean the federal government's capacity to enforce the ISPOs has been taken off?

Would the federal government itself come up one day to default on its obligations?

A trick is a prank and is not always presented to make it look like it is difficult or bad.

Someone intellectually alert in all realms would inquire for the ulterior motive behind the said trick....

This move is a trick by APC government under the pretence they are helping state governments.
But their plan is to secure the treasury and loot it without blinking an eye.

Wake me up when this move will pay people there state salaries as at when due.

Don't be foolish

Please who is this one

They should also probe the contracts/projects financed with those loans. Most of those projects are scams perpetrated by the state governors.

Let the contractors come forward with proof of execution and also go to court when they don't get paid anymore.
