Precedence is the guiding light in law.

As long as thiefnibu was aquitted on the same charges by the same court prior to saraki's arraignment then saraki also must have all similar charges dropped on the same technicality.

precedence can be beaten by superior argument or defeated by inferior jury.that tinubu escaped does not mean saraki will. there is a first time for precedence to be broken
