Owing to the fact that a lot has happened to our economy lately, a minute delay in implementing the budget means people suffer more.
The ruling party is at war with itself and the whole nation is entangled in it.
To move forward regarding the budget, the executive must understand the masses hold them responsible more for governance failure that the legislature and must mellow in this quagmire.

First the head of the executive must berate those responsible for the delay in passing the budget and do so clean without fear or favour.
Second the head of the executive must cleave the indulgence of those regions who will be affected by the omissions in the budget.
Third the head of the executive must promise to make such omissions priority in the 2017 appropriation bill.

Then the head of the executive should go ahead and start the implementation process so that the suffering of over M170 Nigerians can be alleviated. We can't afford to be held hostage because of the war between a few people.

This is just a personal opinion.
