Finnish company, Nokia is making moves to make a re- entrance into the gadgets consumer market. This move starts with the acquisition of French smartwatch maker and health gadgets maker, Withings. Nokia is acquiring French company. Withings for a whooping sum of $191 million. The acquisition is expected to be completed by the third quarter of the year. Upon completion of the acquisition process, staffs of Withings will be integrated into new owners' Nokia Technologies.
