While the head of the lower chamber of the National Assembly shakes the head of the executive with two hands as a mark of respect, the head of the executive's only acknowledgement of that respect is to just lift his face a little up, without even any facial expression of pleasantries.

On the other hand, the Head of the upper Chamber of the National Assembly, and indeed the overall head of the Nigerian Legislature would only shake with one hand, bold and confident, with an expression of smile and pleasantries, however, the Head of the executive is too insecure and courtesy-lacking to even look up, let alone smile in the course of the greetings. Does he need some character Education?
