So need for the judiciary arm of the Government since TECHNOLOGY is all that is needed to fight corruption........if your GEJ was up to his responsibility as the president, He wouldn't have allowed about 27 states in Nigeria including Fed govt to plunder into such debt mess resulting in accumulated unpaid salaries during those days of oil boom.
