Rainfall in Rivers state this year started with some unusual storms which have attributed to damages of PHCN poles within and outside Portharcourt city. It is no longer safe to work or drive during rainfalls as poles and trees are falling over on roads and walkways. Just yesterday 33kva poles fell on this innocent driver.
