Yes, I have a Nigeria Paypal account.
No, I can't receive funds or get paid but ...

I have tried what these guys call a PayPal sera. It works!
It is an international PayPal account (Not Nigerian PayPal Account) that works without IP or VPN or special proxies so
you will not have to pay extra to buy IPs or vpn etc. Link is www.prompt-support.com/paypal

After paying N16k5, I have been using this account for 2weeks exactly 14 days (moneyback guarantee window) but I don't have any reason to request for refunds because they actually sent me a $5 payment into the account and I think it works. I have used my office wifi on this account and it works fine. I created an extra account on fiverr and purchased my own gig and I sent $4 revenue to this Paypal Sera account and I actually withdrew to it from fiverr. I have not tried withdrawing to atm card yet, I dont know if that is possible but i used gtb atm card to verify the account.

Please, any sera account holders, please share if you have any issues with SERA.
