[size=28pt]You hire as many as you can. If there is 843,008 people. You hire as much as 250,000 new policemen. To reduce the unemployment. and create jobs.

Build police station in all market in all the states.. And put 5 policemen in each market . so each market most have a police station.

And build small military barrack in 3 location in each senatorial area. 9 per states. which comes to 36 states X 9. So new 324 army barrack. each barrack i think will cost 200 million.

This way every officer from the rank of captain can have a command under them. Each new small army barrack should have maximum of 100 men. so that people dont have to travel far to join the army. And hire new men in the army to create new jobs. This small army barrack will give the army a wide reach and a quick respond times for community crisis.

Basically it allow every army officer above the rank of captain or major to have a small barrack under him, and a yearly budget to run the small barrack. because NYSC members can not report to civilian. I will post the new modification to the NYSC. which I did on the other side, but it is overcrowd now.

military training most be return back to 3 month in NYSC. This way the NYSC member can report twice a month during weekend to this 324 army barrack for training . I will post modification to NYSC. Military have to issue First aid certificate to NYSC member and give them N5,000 as community first AID emergency fee, if they need to provide member of their community first AID.

while every state should get a new airforce base to create jobs.

They should employ them all nd fix them into various positions all over the country, the crime rate in the country is also on the high side coupled with the insurgency in the country. Proper screening should be done to avoid employing criminals into the force. It's a good thing to have so much educated Nigerians applying, it will reduce the illiteracy in the force. Employment issue didn't start today, it has been there for years. Previous government did not address the issue of unemployment. The immigration issue is still fresh in our minds and it was not done during this administration. The problem has been there.

During the course of d training, youths are separated according to profession. Teachers are selected and employed, those who go into personal biz are giving additional loan to boost dem. Through this we now create more jobs, both directly and indirectly.

You are damn right, as an undergraduate I have started engaging myself into learning skills and having my own business before I graduate if my handwork start paying me well by next two years when I will graduate I will not go for service cus it is a waste of time.
