hey guys pls i need a little advice. i want to start learning software programing but i dont know where to start, is it java or python or which one, please can you tell me which is more or less the basics where i can start from.

i usually prefer to recommend c/java for starters

When i started hacking/programming i learned how too use java first cause i find that easier
then i went too more difficult things, just took it step-by-step.

doing it like 6moths so far, now i'm trying too learn how to get Hex Decimals on server

I changed too hex decimal casue thats more fun, doesnt really matter how hard or easy it is too learn, just pick the one YOU like the most

@last poster. how did u learn urs, did u go for some tutorials or did learn it ur self. cos i'll b great full if u can tell me where to start in java and how to get adequate tutorials. and if u possibly can send me some tutorials, what do you think

Python is easier than Java. Easier to download, easier to run, easier to learn and distribute.

@seun, sure python seems easier and u can even begin with ur S60 phone. Pls can u tel me where 2 get nice tutorials and ebooks or can u ofer me one.

The python tutorial in the official documentation is a good start.
