When you decide that the time is right for you to try for a baby, there are a few trying to concieve tips you should know that will greatly improve your chances of conception.

Following this tips to concieve can help make the process easier and jess stressful for you and your significant other. By keeping an eye on these telltale signs, you will know when it's time to consult a medical professionals.

TIP 1, AM I OVULATING?
When it comes to tips to concieve, you should always start by determining wheather you are successfully ovulating. If you cervical mucus (CM) does not show signs of change in its appearance and texture or your periods are irregular, you may not be regularly ovulating.

TIP 2: BE PROACTIVE
For women who are 35 years or older, you should consult the advice of your doctor if you have been trying to concieve for one year without success. If you are under 35 years old, the role of thumb is if successful pregnancy hasn't been achieved by 6months, it's time to see your doctor.

TIP 3: CONSIDER ADDING A LITTLE EXTRA WEIGHT
Trouble trying to concieve? Of all the trying to concieve tips, this one may sound counterintuitive, but you may want to consider adding a few pounds if you are a bit underweight. The reason for this, is because adding body fat can have the result of producing and storing more estrogen which is the hormone that prepares your body for getting pregnant.
However if you are like most girls who find themselves struggling with weight, you should try to loose few pounds, since the extra weight will store excess estrogen that can play tricks with your regular menstrual cycle. Keep your weight between 95-120% of your ideal body weight and your body will thank you when it comes to trying to concieve.

TIP 4: CALM BLUE OCEAN
You should know that as far as trying to concieve tips go, this one is sometimes easier said than done . But know that stress can affect your fertility in a big way. If most days, you find yourself pulling your hair out, its time to put on a comfy pants, kick your feet up and R-E-L-A-X.
Go get a pedicure, maybe a massage, or just shut the door to a quiet room and listen to some easy-listening music to unwind. Trying to concieve might be stressful enough as it is. Make sure you are taking care of yourself mind and body.

TIP 5: DON'T MOVE
After lovemaking, follow this tips for conceiving - stay put. That's right,its always a good idea to sit tight to give the sperm and egg time to do thier magic. Laying down in a recline position with your legs elevated slightly will put gravity on your side. 15-20 minutes should do the trick.
