Airtel comes to mind and the annoying thing is that they make use of real numbers to call you unlike mtn that uses a 5 digit number.

For mtn use *123*5*1# to unsubscribe to unwanted sms

When it comes to unsolicited Calls Airtel should be fined first their own too much they call you even with a real number I had to download true caller App to block all their unsolicited calls
