The Daily Mail says Chelsea are parting company with adidas as their kit supplier six years early after becoming fed up with Manchester United receiving most of the attention and two-and-a-half times as much money (around £75million a year).

The Chelsea shirt deal was worth £30million a year , compared to United's £75m contract. The London club, who have agreed a £40million severance with Adidas, will want at least £50m a year .
