Malcolm Jabbar Bryant from Baltimore was finally set free after her had spent over 16 years in prison. His release was due to DNA evidence which recently surfaced and proved that he did not commit the crime.

Bryant was convicted in 1998 on the account of a single eye witness who claimed that he was the man that stabbed a 16 year old girl named Toni Bullock. Toni Bullock died of stab wounds in November 20,1998. Bryant's family never believed that he committed the crime as the continued to do all sorts of appeals but none worked until now.
