Following the cancellation of the subsidy on PMS,
inflation which was already humongous has now
gone through the roof. And since the cost of living
has decided to sky-dive while salaries and wages
think it's the right time to scuba-dive, there's an
almost palpable collective lividity. Everybody dey vex
for everybody.

Now, is a bad time to be a family man: the cost of
foods and edibles have shot up furiously, tuition fees
of the kids may go up, the car won't fuel itself etc...
I'm sure a lot of men would remember their bachelor
days with nostalgia.

Now is a bad time to be a stubborn child: So, while
the father is moping around, trying to decide whether
to pay the kids' school fees in full and forfeit his
interest in that watch, you, being Junior, should make
sure you do all you're told when you're told for there
could be no worse time to incur papa's wrath. If
you're asked to do the dishes and you don't or fail to
put your room in order, papa will flog you till he
relieves his frustration. Nobody get joy.

Now is a bad time to be a petty criminal: Everyone's
thinking of how to get by with their scarce resources.
They're also angry. Very angry. If you steal in the
market place and you're caught, chances are
someone might just sight a tyre that no one needs
anymore. And as for fuel? Well, maybe it's not as
scarce as you think, afterall. gringrin

You're poor at recognising posts with the potential to make FP.

This post of mine almost certainly won't make FP, bruv. Being FTC wouldn't mean much.
