Any business, companies that has no regard for its employees doesn't last long especially in Nig.
Have you noticed there is hardly any indigenous Nig companies, that lived up to 50-100yrs where the founder/owner has died and the companies continue to grow? List them.

The skill/secret of manipulating their employees cannot be revealed hence the owner doesn't mentor successors after him. When he/she dies he dies with his secret of success and the company collapses.
Where are the Abiolas, Edewors, Dantatas etc?

Absolutely...added to this is the absence of good corporate governance in Nigerian founded companies...in other words it all boils down to the company culture passed down to future generations.
