I came across this proposed bill today.

After charging us Stamp duty
Charging us more for fuel

Charging us more for unavailable electricity, this Government is soon going to be charging us for owning phones.

If you own a phone send a text make calls, watch DSTV browse infact anything that makes your life easier the Government will charge you 9 percent tax.
