My BlackBerry Q5 got spoilt today ; it refused to boot plus the screen got bashed---so I took it to a technician who fixed it; changed the screen and wiped the phone. I got home switched on my Glo data connection but my data connection refused to come up then I checked my APN and saw it empty. Every time i fill in my APN(blackberry.net) , press back button and check it back, the APN would have erased. Guys please i need your help or walkthrough..... I called Glo customer care, they did their best but it was not helpful. I really need to check up some things online for my Exam tomorrow. |

Did you use the 'save' command at the right upper side of your screen? You might try this, they work in mine (q10) APN: glosecure Password: gprs Username: gprs |
