Our Yoruba brothers will as usual buy all the shops at government price and sell to my always enterprising Igbo brothers at exorbitant prices , guess what? they will buy and keep making money!!!

Jah bless you! Our good governor just commissioned shops and not mall. We can even call it stores sha, it depends on what the owner of each space use it for at end of the day.
