Do not scratch your itchy bum in public– No matter how tempted you are to scratch your bum, know that it looks really embarrassing and people will laugh at you if they catch you. So irrespective of how sweet the sensation might be, save yourself the embarrassment and scratch privately.
Do not pick your nose– Once met someone who said picking his nose made him relax but dear the truth is no matter how relaxing that could be, the embarrassment is twice.

The best advise I can give to you is to use blogger.com cor wordpress.org to create your website or blog... wapblog.com is not a good one
