An opportunity exists for a qualified Brewing Operator in Pabod Breweries Limited, to safely operate plant and equipment, monitor
and control the process to produce a consistent product of the right quality at optimum cost.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Prepare for Plant Start Up
Start Up and run the Brewing Plant
Control input Usage and Complete all Documentation
Measure and record Performance Attributes
Monitor and Evaluate Trends Of Performance Attributes
Comply With Safe, Health And Environmental Procedures and Legislation
Contribute to Team and Self Development

Qualifications/Skills Required:
Minimum of HND or B.Sc. in a Science related field
2 years’ experience in a similar role in a FMCG environment
Good knowledge of MS Office package and general documentation

Perform autonomous maintenance
Control input usage and measure performance attributes
Maintain safe, healthy and risk free working environment
Complete documentation and optimize production processes

Qualifications/Skills Required:
Minimum of HND or B.Sc. in a Science related field
4 years’ experience in a similar role in a FMCG environment
Good knowledge of MS Office package and general documentation
