😀 I get 18- 20 hours of power, besides I can't be on the internet always. It does it's job and does it very well.

FibreOne has been a lifesaver for me since I moved to Gbagada. Approximately 12k pere and I'm not worried about any FUP, Data caps or Speed throttling. There are days when speed can be slow or they have downtimes, but that happens less than 5% in a month.

What's the average speed you get from downloads? Is it unlimited at 12k monthly? I'm using swift and I can get 1.5-2.5Mb/s during the day. Midnight to like 5am is 3-4Mb/s. It's not unlimited but I get free nights from 11pm to 8am at 14k monthly (for 40gb package)

Never experienced a downtime, not once. My wife was so amazed at how I hooked it up my self and how it started working instantly. I did 1.41 TB this month.

I think the max downtime I've had is almost 24 hours. I've heard lots of good reviews about Starlink here in Nigeria.

Was using Swift peacefully some years back till I moved to Berger. SWIFT showed me shege when I was at Berger so I had to drop them and switched to MTN's HynetFlex.

Yes, it's unlimited at 12k.

Honestly, I've not done any speed tests recently. I sha remember that they promised about 3mbps for the amount I'm paying.

You'd have to pay installation and subscrption fee together..... Installation was 30 something thousand, subscription was approx 12k.
All that was paid was less than 50k.

Me too. The Lagos State Govt is already laying a fiber on my street, am thinking of going for it or spectranet after the government is through.

If you are in Abuja and you want unlimited no cap, would advice you go for dotmac. Recently subscribed to their services and it has been great so far. Only downside is the initial installation cost as it is radio installation and a bit on the expensive side.

That was in 2020. Dotmac is useless now. I stopped using them some while back. The 17500 subscription is 6mpbs so max speed you should be getting is 700KB/s

Most of the hynetflex routers sold by MTN do not have the band 40 for spectranet, the older versions do have it but are more expensive if found.

My advice for you is to get an already unlocked router confirmed to do band 40, secondly stick to Huawei or ZTE routers and try and get one that's CAT 6 and above. Cheers
