what will you describe as someone's body ache? Even if I'm not an indigene, I stay there. The touts constitute a nuisance and that's the truth, they are the real menace to be curbed. The governor is trying, good and fine but if he doesn't remove them from the streets then Lagos can never be or look like a mega city.
