The oppressed must have been a southerner or even a Christian. That is what we face in d hands of d so called owners of Nigeria. Hausa/Fulani. They can do anything unlawful n get away with it. Nigeria is a zoo with Hausa/Fulani Muslims. They believe dat every living thing on dis planet earth dat does not believe in dier religion does not deserve to live or shud b dier slaves. If dat man were to b his fellow Hausa/Fulani he will not be ordering his boys to mete out dis sort of injustice to him. we r in trouble in dis zoo

Am not saying they were right in shooting at you or not. But from your stories you clearly stated you were asked to wait and without asking for an excuse you merely just went into your car to drive away? Why?? Don't you think as a civilized person you were supposed to ask for permission to do something in your car when it was clear 'Let's wait for someone'

Then the brutalize wouldn't have been obtainable because they might claim your tried running away don't you think that too?

Keep the media updated. That is the good thing about social media and everyone now knows their rights and won't sit down quietly anymore. This is how change truly starts. Let us all support this man, because next time it may be one of us in his position.

He went to the car to collect documents he kept there when he remember he hadn't locked the car. O'level comprehensive reading can do some good here.

Without excusing himself clearly when it was clear let's all wait here?? Tertiary Comprehensive reasoning would be a best bet here

Pls don't settle for any negotiation. This is the best time for you to deeply embrace God and persist with your demand. This man is not bigger than u. If you truly u are poor then justice await you.
Re: How I Was Shot At By Usman Oyibe Jibrin by chccho(m): 9:34am On May 25, 2016
Op i feel your pains but let me assure u that if u go about this matter in the right way u will get true justice.
I advice that u write through your lawyer to the Police IG, chief of Naval staff, and also the chief of defense staff informing them of the situation of things and all the damages u have suffered. You should also make use of social media as much as possible if possible go and print this matter in the news papers for the whole world to see. I hope u have a good and sound lawyer if u dont pls get one because that is very very important in determining the success o your case. U should also write to the senate committee in charge of lands in abj where dino melaye is the chairperson.
Let me assure u that with God on your side u can win this case and justice will prevail.. Enough is enough of the high and mighty intimidating and oppressing the common man in Nigeria.. All the best

Former CNS Someone said you should consult a higher power. Are you a true Christian, like can you pray to your God in total faith and trust?

I love my dad for things like this, he's at the church on his knees before the Blessed Eucharist. All we will hear later is stories.

Ps 83 comes to mind here. I wish someone can relate this clearly to the Op abi victim angry

If you're not a Christian take a trip to Eziagu

lies from the pit of hell, can somebody ask this idiot whose name the land is registered with in FCDA, the land in question is registered under Mrs lami and this land was bought years ago of which we didnt develop and now the land is resold to this yeye man by some 419 who now thinks because the admiral is a public figure he can come and tell all these lies against . the useless man in question knows that all the service chiefs who served under Jonathan's administration are under investigation by EFCC and he also thinks the admiral would be afraid of any negative publicity thats why he wants to further soil the admiral name with that of his family

you can not buy an already purchased land and claim ownership of it, my advice is to go back to the pipo who sold u the land and ask for a refund.
If the admiral wants to claim a property that is not his he wud have gone to maitama or asokoro and not bazango.

Abuja land wahala.

I don't know the details but the former CNS is a gentleman. Although in issue relating to money, people act differently.

Oh by the way, those ratings are known to act violently sometimes without their boss knowledge just to appease "oga". They believe that even though they could be reprimanded in private but "oga" will never throw them under the boss publicly.

Either way, make sure you pursue your case legally.

Guy he is lying , the admiral bought a verse land at bazango wen he was just a commander, he developed some parts that he felt was already a little develped, where he built a guest house, he then left the other plots because as at then there wasn't fund to develop it, he even fenced the land and have left it for years now, only for us to receive a call recently that some body is building on d same land. this guy is trying to buy public sympathy.
in this case now who is the rightful owner of the property?

it is people like u and the admiral that are destroying this country.. As far as we are concerned the OP has even been able to prove here that he is a legitimate owner and even if it happens to be that the OP bought this property from 419, then he should still sue the admiral and mrs lami for the damages they have inflicted on the OP

They should come out and defend this weak defenseless Nigerian.

If na metuh, Dasuki, Saraki, without being invited, they would have come to this matter with their SAN entourage.

Pls I hope your documents still remain intact.

The reality in Nigeria is that those boys could have done it in order to be praised by their Oga.

So where are you in 2008? The case of Naval Officer Henry Arogundade and Uzo? While the two parties were inside heavy traffic, the escort came down and beat Uzo in order for their oga to pass. Se bi na inside car oga sit down while his boys were carrying out his order?

Go get your own pistol and get a license for it.
Push may come to shove someday and that'd be all you have to save your life.

These people will not stop muzzling the less powerful.
One can only imagine what a poor man who can't afford a lawyer would've suffered.

Just as you have asked the public to judge for the rightful owner publicly? If your submission is true, Y wont the Naval boss approach a competent court? Oh! because he is ex-naval Boss and "presumed" rightful owner, approaching court for such trespass is not his way of doing things? But use his might on the weak is the best? When God visit him with His Might, the world would not be bearable to him.

Useless comparison.

Tell your Boss to take a legal process.......He should approach a court for justice. The fact that he is an ex-naval boss doesn't give him privilege to determine/decide a case like this.

I see it as oppressor of the weak ones.
