Job Duties/Responsibilities
 Selling of properties,Tour Package and HMO package
 marketing and promoting properties for sale;
 Negotiation with prospective buyers;
 Relating information about the property to the prospective buyer;
 Visiting and talking to the buyer about the property and its special features;
 Monitoring sales as they proceed and liaising with all interested parties
 Advising clients and helping buyers to decide what they want to buy;
 Making sure that price agreed is acceptable to both buyers and the company;
 Keeping up to date with trends in the local residential property market, as well as the commercial market.
Qualifications
Minimum of OND and BSc in any discipline

Salary Package:
# 50,000 monthly plus Commission
The ideal candidates must be able to work with minimal supervision and be willing to pioneer the company vision.

Madam bountmart I hav no beef for you nor the company ur working for. But you guys should spell out your terms wen placing adverts, set realistic targets and not unrealistic ones. U are giving 50k as a take home and insist to get fifty you must bring in 100 clients within one month by selling two booklets of your ticket why not 20? Why not 15, who is paying who? U want to make big frm a marketter and pay little. Be considerate 100 clients within a month argh!!!
Keep reping your company tho but take this as a feedback and work on it. Marketters have blood running tru their streams too they are not rebots.
