No we should hang ourselves because he is sleeping. Last time I checked he's a minister who doesn't have to buy fuel or probably even pay for anything so "stressing" himself is part of his job description. Oh need I mention dat he is also an ex-governor who's retirement package is enough to set up a whole village for life.. Over stressing is wen u're on a minimum wage of #18000 and still have to pay for ur accommodation, feeding, transportation and still pay for electricity dat u don't use dats not including other domestic bills all on d #18000 and still expected to work between 8-9hrs a day.
