Aero Contractors has continued to cause us pain,sorrow and headache for flying with them.

1) Aero will reschedule your flight without informing passengers or sending out any notification resulting in passengers waiting for up to 10hours for the next flight.

2)Aero will cancel your flight after spending the whole day waiting for the flight.

3) Aero flight will depart before the scheduled time and all you will hear when you arrive to check in is please go to the ticketing office to complain.

4)Aero will combine flights to 3 different airports on one plane risking the lives of passengers who happen to be going to the final stop as they will land and take off 3 times.

5) Aero call center can keep you on hold for more than 20 minutes when you call to complain,please you can confirm this 01 6284140.

6) Aero will never respond to an email sent to tickethelpdesk@aero.com even if you will miss your flight.Only an automated receipt of email response is sent back.

7)Aero will not offer refreshment even if they delay your flight for 10 hours.

Aero will charge you more than the cost of the ticket to reschedule if you miss your flight.

I still prefer Aero to Dana.

Aero makes sure that their aeroplane is in order before taking off hence the delay unlike Dana which keeps to time at all odds even of it means flying with a faulty aeroplane and ends up putting the lives of the passengers at risks most of the time.


Yes Aero has got a lot of shenanigans but safety first please.
