I swear, when I was typing my first comment, I was also wondering how they took that picture. Perhaps he was standing close to a fan (to explain the sideways position of the tie). That is how best I can explain it.

I don't think so, the position of the tie doesn't support the hunch. It would have been hanging downwards had that been the case.
