Am not surprised.
This is what happens when a state is not contributing positively to the GDP of a nation...

We've heard enough about Osun state and there is nothing new to be said again. Bayelsa and Ekiti are owing workers since last year, we should talk more about them since they are collecting huge allocations.

And some people are still clamouring for the split of some states to create another.

Since Osun was created, what has been their gain?

When Ogun,Osun and their ilks were rushing for a bailout fund, they knew the consequences, ofcourse 'there are no free meal anywhere on earth, some one must ve paid for it'.
For a long time, govt will continously deduct from some states, some of us were against the bailout fund and we where called all sort of names, now the chicken has come back home to roast...its pay back time. The sane bailout fund governors misused, now everybody is suffering for their excesses.

Just enough to buy re-charge cards.
A result of years of mindless borrowing that was not plowed into economic generating ventures, but rather populist and recurrent like salaries and overheads
