What did food taste like when these cubes were not around? I believe better and healthier. Why do we pander to the deception of these multinationals trying to sell their MSG products and making us believe that without them our food wont taste right. Lets start to see though the deception otherwise we will end up like the Americans soon, with all sorts of ailments; diabetes etc just because we want something to taste 'sweet'! |

There are other seasonings in the market like suppy, onga, etc and we have the native seasonings as well. I know eastern ppl make use of alot of good seasonings, we would like to know them!  |

darlsharl: you have to know the right smell. sandy ones are obviously bad- not sure what to do about those besides washing or throwing them away. It helps if you have a good "customer/seller" who only deals with quality stuff. |
