Wao! So i tried but I wasn't fluent, some of my colleagues were fast and fluent. Why can't some us get it??

How can we train ourselves and why don't I have the H factor.
I doubt if we care about such things in this part of the world , I guess it's genetic.

If you have any difficulty reading aloud the statement it might be because the statement reads like a tongue twister and not really due to having h factor. I suppose a proper oral English test should be an accurate determinant.
