I am frustrated typing this. I did not know the process of requesting your pension account balance can be this stressful. To make it worse, i have sent repeated enquiries to their customer service line, and copied everyone whose email i have with me, and since morning i am yet to get a simple acknowledgement from anyone.

Can someone please educate on the process of changing your pension administrator as this is totally unacceptable from PAL Pensions.
